How can last year on sales targets?

Have you written your goals?

Is your opinion very often or revise as changing conditions? Or is set at the beginning of the year and forget about them in February?

What I want most this year?

The first step more fundamental to get what we want is to know what it is, and always remember that. Goal setting is an important skill. What you may have read and heard talk many times before. It only works if you do.

Reasons and sales targets

Begin with the end in mind. What is the result you want? Give yourself the freedom to think big. Imagine an object of greater weight than they really want. In considering the image, how come there is not only important now. The important is to start thinking big about what they want most. Later will focus on how to get it. Your attention must focus on what you want.

more specific your goal the better. Create the image in your mind and take into account the precise amounts, dates or time periods, places, people, etc.

Now, the image of your goal really compelling. Make color, add sounds, feelings, sensations and movement to it. Find or make a picture of him and carry in your pocket, bag or Daytimer or later in a prominent place in your office, bedroom, bathroom or wall. Achieving a symbol or icon of your goal around you, constantly reminding you will follow.

Now that you know what you want, its time to get rid of * * Why do you want. Their reasons for their desire is the drive that you get, you want. Get big enough reasons, and you can accomplish anything.

Let me give an example. Say you want a good solid six-figure income this year. Sales is the goal – a big, fat six-figure income. But it really is not accurate enough. After perfecting and ask to make $ 300,000.00 in revenue this year. Well, now your goal is specific and date.

What are your reasons for wanting this goal? In asking this question, maybe you find that you will feel stronger, more efficient and capable. Or tell you that you will be able to buy a nice house for your family, your children education and financial independence at an early age.

Now these are reasons that motivate a person. Much more exciting than say a number.

Setting goals alone more than most people in life. If you write your goals and review them frequently,'re on track to achieve what you want. But when the obstacles ahead and start cluttering your path, you will need the Real Player and the determination to continue and not give up. The determination and writing of your reasons for wanting their goals will give you the drive and the power required to achieve them.

Write your sales goals, specific and timely. Record your reasons for wanting their goals. Get pictures, symbols or icons that you can display or carry with you to remind you constantly of what you want and why.
